INTERIOR
Accessible interior spaces. Includes walls, posts, doors, windows (approx size, type and sill height), stairs and steps with rise heights, room names (best guess), room heights, major appliances, kitchen and bath counters and fixtures, built-in casework, fireplaces, gas meters, electrical meters, water heaters, furnaces, wall heaters, sprinkler heads, and floor drains.

EXTERIOR
Building envelope of subject property. Includes the building envelope and most items physically connected to the building such as exterior decks, stairs, chimney stacks, meters, and drains pipes.

LOT/SITE
Includes curbcuts, driveways, sidewalks, sidewalk christy boxes, paved walkways, street trees, trees 6" diameter and larger, retaining walls over 3ft, and fences.

EXTERIOR ENVELOPE OF ADJACENT BUILDINGS

Includes the building envelopes windows and doors facing the subject property of the two adjacent buildings. Often required when replacing foundations near adjacent buildings or if the scope of work includes vertical or horizontal additions. Our technicians will gladly go on other properties to scan if the homeowners personally grants us access, otherwise, we will do our best.
